How to clean glass jars with salt and vinegar

During house cleaning, salt and vinegar are no longer just a taste of french fries. You can also use this popular duo to cool the inside of the vessels when they start to look like scientific experiments.

1. On a plate or in a small bowl, mix enough vinegar with ½ tablespoon of salt to form a paste.

2. During the house cleaning process use a pipe cleaner, a toothbrush or a spoon, spread the paste on the lines, dirt or rings that remain inside and outside the glass jar.

3. Leave the dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes.

4.. Use a microfiber cloth to dry the pot and polish the strips.

Use denture tablets

When house cleaning, if you want to know how to clean opaque glass jars with the least amount of grease possible, look no further than the dental care section of your local pharmacy. Denture tablets are an ideal to clean the glass vases.

1. When house cleaning fill your jar with distilled hot water. Make sure that the water covers the lines of dirt, stains or rings that you are trying to remove.

2. Fall in prosthetic tablets.

3.Stop the tablets until they stop bubbling.

4. Empty the solution and use the bottle brush or the brush to loosen any residual residues from the sides of the jar.

5. Rinse the jar with distilled water.

How to clean glass jars with a narrow neck

When house cleaning, old dirty water can start to stink if you can't reach it, which can be problematic if you have a jar with a thin mouth. While it may seem that finding out how to clean narrow-necked vases is an impossible undertaking, you will be happy to know that you can save those narrow-necked flower holders with items that you can find in your kitchen pantry. 

1. Mix dishwashing liquid with warm water to prepare a soapy solution.

2. Fill the pot about 1/3 of the way with soap and water.

3. Add  2 tablespoons of vinegar, depending on the size of the jar.

4. Mix 3-4 tablespoons of rice, more if you have a larger pot.

5. Cover the mouth of the jar and shake the contents for about three minutes. Rice will act as a scrubber.

6. When house cleaning let the jar rest with the solution for a few hours. Occasionally, give the pot another blow to help remove sediment.
