How to remove limescale from your home?

If you live in an area where there is hard water it is most probably that you face the problem of build up limescale. No matter what you do still you find it around the faucets and around taps, shower heads. This affects the flow of the water, and also makes your bathroom look bad. 1. Vinegar for faucets

When house cleaning, if you find the build up of limescale around the faucets, you should soak a paper towel in vinegar and wrap it around the faucets. As the paper towel is wet so it sticks around the faucet itself but if you have trouble you can hold it down with the help of an elastic band. Let the vinegar soaked paper towel for about an hour and then use any soft towel to wipe it clean.    

2.Homemade paste

During house cleaning, to remove the build up of limescale you can treat it with the help of a homemade paste. For the paste you require 3 parts of baking soda and one part water. Rub this paste all over the limescale on the limescale and let it sit for about an hour. Then use a clean cloth to wipe it clean. 

3.Vinegar for coffee maker

When house cleaning, it is very common to find limescale traces in the coffee maker. For this you can fill your coffee maker with 2 cups of vinegar and 2 cups of water and run a full cycle. During house cleaning, pour out the water and vinegar cycle, to remove it all fill the coffee maker with water again and run another cycle. After that, wash as normal. 

4.Denture tables

During house cleaning, to remove the limescale from the coffee maker you can even fill the coffee maker with hot water and add two denture tables, let it fizz. Then run a complete cycle. When house cleaning, once the complete cycle is done remove all the water and rinse well. Then another cycle with clean water. 

5.Vinegar for tea kettle

To remove the limescale from the tea kettle, fill it with equal parts of water and vinegar. Place the kettle over and bring the mixture to a boil. Once the mixture has been boiled, turn off the heat and let the kettle sit for a few hours. After that, wash as usual. 

6.Lemon juice

Fill a spray bottle with lemon juice. Spray all the affected areas with the lemon juice and let it sit for a few hours. Then  keep re-spraying, don’t let it dry out. During house cleaning, then wash with clean water and wipe with clean cloth.
