3. Fill the washer’s Drum or Dispenser with Vinegar and Baking Soda:
When house cleaning, Fill the washer drum with ½ cup of baking soda and 1 liter of vinegar. You can substitute vinegar and baking soda with the citric acid, hydrogen peroxide and chlorine bleach, enzyme detergent as well. For a front loading machine, you need to add white vinegar to the detergent dispenser and baking soda to the softener dispenser and then begin the wash cycle.If you have a top washing washer, let the water run for a few minutes and then add baking soda + vinegar. Allow the machine to mix both of the ingredients for 1 minute, then stop the cycle to let the mixture soak for one hour before cleaning the cycle finish. 

4. Let the Cycle Run its Full Course:
When the cycle runs, wipe the outside area of the machine with a clock soaked in vinegar. Scrub all of the nooks and crannies.

5. Run a Second Cycle:
During house cleaning run another cycle of hot water. You can also add vinegar to loosen up the residue that is left by the first wash. Once your second round of cycle is finished leave the door of the washing machine open to let it dry and prevent the mildew.

6. Clean the Dispenser Filter and Other Components:
Grab a towel soak it in vinegar and wipe the inside of the lid. You can use toothbrush to get to the nooks and crannies. To clean the tub rims you need to scrub the top edges and all other areas where water can reach.
